Beneath a Steel Sky is another PC game that reminds me of Fallout, at least setting wise. Game is free via GOG.com. Hells yes, nuclear fallout.
Before there was Fallout, there was Wasteland.
I think there should be a Shadowrun video game made like Fallout 3. The Genesis one was pretty cool.
